Our company was founded in February 1988 as
Pinch-Hitters Temporary Personnel providing temporary secretarial, administrative and financial services to local businesses. In the early 1990s, Pinch-Hitters began providing permanent placements to many of its established clients and expanded its geographic service area.

In September 2000, after a nine-month process of introspect, market surveys and analysis, Level A Inc. emerged as a full-service personnel agency capable of meeting the needs of the 21st century head-on.
