Level A has a roster of talented individuals with experience in: general
office and clerical work, data entry, intermediate to senior administration,
accounting, payroll and technical areas such as IT and AutoCAD. With
notice, we can usually have a qualified placement on-site the same day. |

| If you want to offer our employee a full-time position, you simply take them
onto your payroll after fulfilling your contractual obligation. |
| This is an alternative to a probationary period when hiring full-time
employees. During the probationary period, the candidate would remain a
Level A employee. If the candidate does not work out, you simply terminate
the contract. |
| At Level A, we have the resources, networks and skill to locate candidates
to fill your permanent needs. We have been successful in filling very
specialized positions for many firms in our region. Sometimes, candidates
have been imported from abroad; other times the right candidate lives here
in our own community. Again, through our networking, we have the ability to
locate personnel to suit your requirements. |
| The right skill set doesn't necessarily mean a good fit. The candidate must
also fit in on a social and emotional level. Behavioural Profiling will
determine the candidate's style to help us determine which candidate is best
suited to the company and its culture as well as the position. Behavioural
Profiling is also an excellent tool for team-building. |
| We have the in-house resources to test and verify the skills of candidates
that we present to you. Many clients use this service to evaluate people they
are considering for employment. |
| We can compose and place ads on your behalf in order to maintain
confidentiality. We will pre-screen resumes and only present those that
meet your criteria. |
| Level A will save you valuable time by reviewing resumes, selecting those
that meet your criteria and conducting preliminary interviews with qualified
candidates. We will administer Behavioural Profiles, assess presentation and
communications skills as well as professionalism and attitude. We will then
present a short-list of candidates most suited for the position. |
| References provided by candidates will be checked through telephone
interviews using a predetermined set of questions. The results of each
interview are provided to the client to assist in the evaluation of each
candidate. |
| Keeping track of resumes can be an insurmountable task. We have made a
significant investment in database management software and hardware. We can
maintain and manage resumes you receive as well as standing job orders. Our
system can search all resumes in your database for candidates with specific
skills and backgrounds within any geographic location. We can also match
candidates to standing job orders. A history of all applicants is
maintained. For example, the reasons for declining a candidate would remain
