Seeking an energetic individual with at least 2 years administrative experience, for an open position as an Administrative Bookkeeper . Must be highly responsible, friendly and detail oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing of daily mail
  • Preparing bank runs
  • Create Word templates
  • Input data and update databases as required
  • Administration projects utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly confidential email correspondance
  • General office duties; laminating, printing, formatting
  • First point of contact (answer telephone and greet public at front desk)
  • Ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met if not exceeded
  • Filing and organizing paperwork as needed
  • Organizing work flow within the office
  • Scheduling experience (an asset)
  • Experience with Bookkeeping tasks (an asset)

  • Maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Stress management, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Time management and effective organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and part of a team


  • Customer service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Must be strong with multitasking

  • High Detail and Accuracy
  • Must excel at coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Able to build relationships and credibility quickly
