Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeping Assistant who has experience in a customer service oriented environment.

Tasks: Reception duties: Answering phones and greeting customers in-person, administering paperwork for orders, data input, courier shipping/receiving, filing, administrative tasks

Skills:

  • Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and short notice tasks
  • Ability to work with and support customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to make judgement calls and work with minimal direction and supervision

Knowledge and Experience: Post-secondary education an asset. Minimum 3 years experience in administration or bookkeeping role.
