Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are seeking an organized, charismatic, outgoing and friendly individual for a Customer Service Representative position with our client in the Peterborough area.
CSR candidates should have basic computer skills, good verbal communication skills and excellent patience.
Must be able to retain a lot of knowledge and present it in a clear, concise manner. Math, chemistry and problem solving and people skills are an asset.
- Attend to customers and field inquiries
- Answer phones
- Input data into a computers
- Some reception duties
- Other duties as assigned
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and accurate
- Friendly and outgoing
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience
- Good problem solving skills
- Math and chemistry knowledge an asset
- Daily access to reliable transportation
