Hiring now for organized and experienced General Administrative Staff for an established office team in Peterborough!

The ideal General Administrators must have strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills and be able to work to deadlines. Intermediate Word and Excel skills and a winning attitude.

General Admin Duties:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Stress management, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
  • Time management and effective organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and part of a team

General Admin Skills:

  • Own vehicle and G license
  • Ability to travel between office locations required
  • Intermediate level MS Word and Excel
  • Research experience using Internet
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines
