Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a new full-time position in Peterborough, ON.

This role will involve both B2B and technical sales, and the position would benefit from candidates who are mechanically inclined. Additional tasks include inside sales and order entry, so candidates with experience in MS Word and Excel are preferred.

CSR Duties:

  • Answer phones and deal field customer inquiries
  • Inside and technical sales
  • B2B sales
  • Interacting with many customers over the phone
  • Order entry
  • Looking up information online
  • Other duties as assigned

CSR Requirements:

  • Prior B2B, technical and/or inside sales experience
  • Administrative skills and experience
  • Computer skills and knowledge
  • MS Word and Excel experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Mechanical knowledge an asset
  • Organized and accurate
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Daily access to reliable transportation
